Choppy mouse in COD4

This problem has just recently started happening. My mouse cursor lags only when I'm at the server selection screen when the servers are loading up. The choppiness is crazy. It makes it really hard to click on anything. Oh I've also tried re-installing the game but the problem still exists. Choppy mouse in COD4
I don't have the game but it could be the game itself.I believe Battlefield 2 had a very laggy server selection screen, so it could be an internal network issue from the main authority behind the servers display.Choppy mouse in COD4

Unplug the power cord from your modem then plug it in again. If that doesn't work then it could either be the game (which you can't do anything about untill they fix it) or it could be your own connection (which should get fixed by your ISP soon).
