Go to the second floor, and to the door on the far right from the stairs. Use it (try to open it), and you'll get a cutscene.

The secondary objective gives you the exact location

its callled a minimap. Its in the bottom left of your HUD. Look for a green dot. Thats the building.
this was an easy mission but's it the 2nd floor on the right the building is located on the mini map
