Game Server Hosting

Hey guys, so atm i am gettin my servers from nextgen but i am NOT happy w/ their customer server. For example, today both our servers are down for no random reason. Their live support is down and my ticket hasnt been answered in about 5 hours. So, i'm lookin for a new server host thats around the same price as them and very good quality/customer support.Any ideas?
