I need some help with mods

I've downloaded a mod on here for new head and hair models for Morrowind but how do I use the zip file to put it in the game itself? I don't know anything about mods, I've never used them before, and I apologize if I sound like a noob, but can someone just tell me how to use it?I need some help with mods
Okay I finally realized how to put it in, now my problem is that when I try to go through the faces, it says there is an error and gives me a note 'contine running executable' and if i say yes, it crashes, if I say no, it crashes. can someone please tell me what to do about this problem? it's quite frustrating.I need some help with mods
It sounds like the models that you downloaded are corrupt. Try redownloading them and trying again.If they don't work, I'd probably just try and find some more to use.
thanks, but I've tried 4 already and they are all having pretty much the same problem. I have been told that I should upload them in the contruction set, and then save them since they might be not up to date with the version I have because I've played Morrowind for a long time, but I just got the PC version about a week ago, and it was a new one, and i did do that with all the plugins I have in the construction set. I got one called 'pretty heads' that I was told was good one, and what happens now is that either the game will freeze in the opening menu, of if I get the game going, the NPCs and my character have some sort of green glow around them and makes it really choppy. Does anyone have any that they could recommend to me that I should try? Because the mods that I really want are more race mods, or new better face mods.
and something even more annoying is happening is I wanted to see if I could use any clothes mods. well since i know how to put it in data files, i follow the directions exactly and the files don't even show up when i click on data files in the menu in morrowind! ugh this really sucks...
I really must apolgize for all my double posting, but please bear with me. Alright I finally got a race that I downloaded, when I load my save game everything works fine, no one is green and it isn't choppy. However, when I put in enable race menu, and I click on the new race, it says it can't upload it and where the face should be it's all green. Can someone please tell me what's going on? And again I apologize for double posting so much, im' just frustrated.
