Ring to Triss

Does presenting a ring to Triss mean that your becoming a father to Alvin? I'd rather just continue being a Witcher and not have to feel like when I beat the game I go on to start a family with her. I especially dont want to be out hunting monsters in the game and feeling like I have a family back home...Try not to spoil but for anyone who has presented a ring to her and beat the game or anything, did you have to be a father figure for Alvin?Ring to Triss
If you present the ring to Triss, you will still have the choice later in the game to become a loner. Ring to Triss
whew, finally a straight-forward short and helpful post. Good to hear, the thought of Geralt going on as a freelance monster slayer sounds much better than settling down.

Well, I actually think both could be fun to see, and that's one of the major reasons I love the game. Because you CAN. :)
