If it's bought during the last few years with an integrated chip, your bets are pretty much all the games before 2004.
how old?
Yeap, it would be good if you specify your computer graphic card, hdd space, processor speed, ram, and others...
Well I already own and killed Starcraft Broodwar and Im looking for something new. Lets say... a game that can run on windows 2000. Any genre too, well, not racers or sports games.
counter-strike 1.6
If you haven't played them already (:o :P), I'd get Half-Life 1 and it's expansions, they're all really good games (ok, well maybe Blue Shift isn't the best, but you'll still have fun in it :P), and they'll take a while to finish as well.
Nvidia Geforce Go 6150 128mbAMD Turion 64x2 1.80GHzRAM 894mb Windows Vista 32bit
That's not a bad gaming option to be honest. Of course, if you don't like to play games on minimum (I do it all the time cuz my computer ain't too good), that could be a problem. I think all the games that was released during the Xbox and PS2's lifespan is a good option.
half life 2
Check out Diablo 2, Fallout 2, Deus Ex, Half Life, Ghost Recon, WC3, AoE2, Civ3/4, Rome:TW, and Halo 1 for PC had low settings and good mp/mods, and if you want a free game, Savage.
Now are all these good game, or all the games you could come up with? Which is best from this list in your opinion?
All good ones. I left out games like Starcraft and Diablo 1, for instance, because I just don't like them very much. The best in the list in my opinion is Riven. Despite that it's ten years old, it's the best adventure game, the best older game, the best game of all time, period. I would suggest playing Myst first, though, if you can get it to run properly (if you can't, read up on its story at Wikipedia before you play Riven to give yourself background info).
All right, thanks.
Diblo is a good old game. For me, played game on 90s, I can't forget how crazy people was.
