Ok, so I play games on my laptop quite a bit, which is quite battery consuming. Instead of charging the laptop... letting the battery get low... then recharging it - does it hurt to just leave the battery out of the laptop? I didnt know if it was ok for the laptop or not. Sorry for such a noob question, but I couldnt find any clear answers anywhere else - any help would be appreciated - thanks.Super noob laptop question...
This would probably improve battery life only marginally in addition to being a pain in the ass.To answer your question though, yes, it would work while plugged in with no battery.Super noob laptop question...
Why can't you just leave it plugged in with the battery in?
what you're doing is great for battery life (leaving the battery out while having the laptop plugged in). the less you use the battery, the longer it will last.
