Strategy Dilema?

Well...I used to play RTS games quite alot, and had some good fun with them, but I really was never any good at those games (Other than Age of Empires III which I was pretty good at). Ya see, the problem is RTS games rely too much on quick reflexes and such ( I play FPS games ALOT but I don't want quick reflexes factoring in to strategy games). And I really love Galciv2 but I hate Civ4 (Galactic civilization has more character, and less micromanagement, and lets you get really sucked into the macro level stuff) So my question to you is, are there other Turn based strategy (Preferably 4x) games that don't involve too much micro-management. Or Real time strategy games that don't require to much micro-management (Basically, I hate micro-managing stuff) Strategy Dilema?
Medieval 2 Total War or any of the Total War games, you need to micro but you can pause the game, and Europa Universalis 3 but its very hardStrategy Dilema?
Liked the total war realtime battles, but didn't enjoy the overview part. Europa universalis III is great, a tad too hard for its own good though
Try Shattered Union. Its about a modern-day American Civil War. Its pretty sweet, and absolutely NO micromanagement. But dont let the simplicity fool you: the PC tactics are brutal, and it is that much better when you defeat the enemy. Very good game, cant be more than 20 bucks either.
