i keep getting stupid punkbuster messages, and i get kicked from every server and all it says is a load of ****, i dnt know whats going on but its doing my head inmy cod4 is impossible to play online for more than 2 mins

Have you updated Punkbuster?
If you can't find a fix just play on servers where punkbuster isn't enabled.
You must have PunkBuster enabled and it must be allowed to through your firewall because if Punkbuster can't auto update servers will kick you.You can manually update it by downloading the PBsetup file.
