Indigo Prophecy HELP! Action Sequence

hey guys I played the tutorial in the beginning of the game. Im still in beginning where the chapters where Lucas goes to work, or Carla goes to the Morgue, or that black guy staying to construct the facial composite. I keep failing at any and all 3 action sequences! From my understanding all you have to do is the right and left circle are assigned respectivly to the right arrows and left arrows sets.... I heard random beeps and boops. Im assuming some come up right or wrong, why when I press them all right? Would my X360 controller work through the USB charger is came with?Indigo Prophecy HELP! Ugh, I was playing it just a week ago or something, but I'm not sure this is correct, but the left circle is controlled by your arrow keys, and the right one by your numpad arrow keys.

So when the left part of the left circle lights up, you need to press the left arrow, and when the left part of the right circle lights up you have to press the left arrow on the numpad.
I think you need to put Numlock on, though I'm not sure.
The beeps are, if I recall correctly, a sign that you screwed up. :P
Maybe you should also check the options to see if the keys haven't been reconfigured of anything (I don't know if that's actually possible, but whatever :P ).

Anyways, I would also recommend setting the action sequences to easy in the options, because they eventually got way too much, even for me.
Maybe some Guitar Hero addict could finish the game with action sequences on hard, or even medium, but I sure as hell can't.
