Are the Oblivion expansions worth it if you have a bunch of mods?

I'm considering replaying Oblivion only with Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles. I haven't seen them cheaper than $20 each, so I'll basically be paying new game price to pick up both. I was just wondering for those of you who have purchased them, are they worth it? If I already have a bunch of mods, is it worth it to pick these up? I was a little disappointed with the Morrowind expansions. I played through Tribunal and liked the new story of the gods, but I was so uber, I really had no interest in playing Bloodmoon. Are the Oblivion expansions worth it if you have a bunch of mods?
I have shivering isles and I think it was worth it, I paid 15 bucks for it at circuit city. You get new quests, new weapons, armor, ingeridents to mix and eneimes to face. If you really like oblivion I say its worth it to get shivering isles. I havent tried knights of the nine yet, may try it though. Are the Oblivion expansions worth it if you have a bunch of mods?
Shivering Isles is the first proper expansion pack as such, the other addon content adds some nice stuff to the world but it isn't necessarily ''essential'' apart from maybe nights of the nine itself, which I found OKish but you may like, if your into pilgrimages and map quest bits. I recommend Shivering Isles highly however. Personally I found the enclosed plot better than the plot to Oblivion itself, which I have abandoned partly through as I'm finding it trudgy. You get a whole new land, with distinct mobs in the two halves, and the quests / NPCs have more personality than some of the generic ones in Oblivion. So to summarise, I would say Shivering Isles is worth it and you may or may not want to skip nights of the nine, depending on how you feel about travelling quests. If you are a collector, then you may want to buy the nights of the nine pack for the other official content anyway.
I would definitely get Shivering Isles. I thought it was awesome. Knights of the Nine wasn't really an expansion, per se, and I think I paid too much for it.
Well, those add-ons aren't worth money period. SI I haven't tried, the game is just too plain weird and buggy for me to play.
